This Messaging Privacy Policy, together with Vendasta Privacy Policy (LINK) describes how Vendasta Technologies Inc. (“Vendasta”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information that we collect through our websites, applications and other services. 

Vendasta provides services that businesses use to deliver messages such as inbox, or short message service (“SMS”) messages to their own customers. This Messaging Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information that we process on behalf of our business customers to provide our services. For example, if you receive SMS messages from a Vendasta customer, this Messaging Privacy Policy does not apply to you, and you should contact the relevant Vendasta customer with any questions or concerns about the information it has engaged us to handle.

Get permission. When you subscribe, purchase, or use our messaging feature, your clients will have the ability to send and receive messages from a source they are assigned; and these messages can be accessed, monitored and analyzed by you and third party affiliates, for the purpose of improving the service provided. As such, before using this service, you will need to obtain appropriate consent and/or authorization.
