How does Vendasta pricing work for Channel Partners?

Vendasta pricing is based on a monthly plan with a minimum commitment that unlocks core platform tools, like Partner Center, sales workflows, and automation.

Partners can also purchase Vendasta products to deliver value to their clients, and qualifying Vendasta product spend counts toward satisfying the monthly minimum.

Which plan is right for me?

Everyone’s business is different, and Vendasta has a plan that matches your goals.

  • Starter is a great fit if you’re just getting set up and want access to core platform features while you begin deploying products and building momentum.
  • Professional is our most popular plan for agencies that are scaling, supporting more clients, and want additional tools like white-labeling and more team member seats.
  • Premium is ideal for larger teams and partners selling into multi-location or higher-complexity accounts, with advanced reporting and automation.

How am I billed for products that I resell?

When you order a product, you’re billed the wholesale price at the time of purchase. Most products renew monthly (some may be annual or one-time), and you’ll be billed again on each renewal.

For invoiced billing and flexible terms, talk to Sales about Custom Enterprise options.

What does “monthly minimum” mean?

A monthly minimum is the amount you commit to paying Vendasta each month for platform access and growth enablement.

Qualifying Vendasta-owned products, such as Conversations AI and Reputation AI, count toward that minimum, so your spend aligns with what you actually deploy.

How is my monthly plan billed?

On each monthly renewal, we look at your qualifying Vendasta product spend from the prior 30 days and apply it toward satisfying your minimum.

If your qualifying spend meets the minimum, your platform subscription billed can be $0 for that cycle.

Do unused amounts roll over to future months?

No. Minimum satisfaction is calculated each month and resets each billing cycle. Any qualifying spend beyond what’s needed to satisfy the minimum does not carry forward.

Is this minimum-based pricing available on every plan?

Minimum-based pricing applies to paid Channel Partner plans sold under the eligible pricing structure.

It does not apply to Free plans, and Custom Enterprise plans may be excluded due to contracted annual terms and volume pricing.

Do I need to opt in?

No. Minimum satisfaction is applied automatically when your account has eligible plan minimums and qualifying spend.

Which products count toward the monthly minimum?

Most Vendasta products count, including:

  • Conversations AI (Standard, Pro, Premium)
  • Reputation AI (Standard, Pro, Premium + add-ons)
  • Social Marketing (Standard, Pro)
  • Campaigns Pro (+ add-ons)
  • WordPress Hosting (Standard, Pro, Premium)
  • Local SEO (Standard, Pro + add-ons)
  • Yesware Premium

What doesn’t count toward the minimum?

The following purchases are not eligible:

  • Vendasta Services (ex: onboarding, fulfillment, setup services)
  • Third-party Marketplace products
  • MatchCraft products
  • Legacy Vendasta products
  • Other non-qualifying SKUs

Do 3rd-party Marketplace products and services spend count toward the minimum?

No. Marketplace access may be included in your plan, but purchases of third-party products do not count toward your monthly minimum.

How often is the minimum calculated?

It’s calculated at the time of each monthly renewal, based on qualifying spend in the prior 30-day window.

Can add-ons impact my pricing?

Yes. Optional add-ons (like Markets or localization) can increase your total monthly spend depending on your configuration.

Why does Vendasta use minimum-based pricing?

Minimum-based pricing helps align your monthly commitment with real outcomes. Instead of paying only for access, you can apply your minimum toward qualifying product deployments, helping you reach value faster and grow recurring revenue more predictably.

How will this show up on my invoice?

Your invoice will typically show:

  • Your plan subscription line item
  • A discount based on qualifying spend towards your subscription
  • Your net platform subscription billed (with a $0 floor)

Why didn’t my minimum apply this month?

Common reasons include:

  • You didn’t purchase qualifying products
  • Purchases were outside the 30-day measurement window
  • Products were refunded or canceled
  • Product tagging or billing configuration issues
