- Seamless Customer Communication: Use the platform to communicate with your customers effortlessly. Notify them of updates, send email campaigns, and easily follow up on inquiries, all from within the platform.
How does it work?
To set up your connection with Shop Boss, click on the “Request connection” button and then enter your Shop Boss Shop ID. Our support team will then work with Shop Boss to get your connection set up within 24-48 business hours. You will receive a notification once the connection is successfully established, and you can disconnect at any time.
