What does it do?
Here are the main ways to use this integration:
- Search Shop Catalog: Your AI employees can search your shop catalog to find products and answer questions about them.
- Take Customer Orders: Your AI employees can take customer orders and send them to your shop for payment. Note that the customer’s cart on your site will be separate from the cart created by the AI chat.
