What does it do?
Here are the main ways to use this integration:
- Sync customer data: When a repair order is posted in Tekmetric, the associated customer data will be automatically synced to the platform, allowing you to seamlessly communicate with your customers.
- Automate review requests: Automatically request reviews from customers who have recently had a repair order put into the “Posted” status in Tekmetric. This automated process encourages feedback and helps build a strong online reputation.
- Seamless Customer Communication: Use the platform to communicate with your customers effortlessly. Notify them of updates, send email campaigns, and easily follow up on inquiries, all from within the platform.
How does it work?
To set up your connection with Tekmetric, click on the “Request Connection” button. This will require you to grant Broadly’s access to your customer data within your Tekmetric Shop Settings. On the Integrations tab in Shop Settings, find the Broadly Integrations Card and click on “Manage”. Lastly, click “Grant Access” when the pop-up prompt appears. Once done, our support team will enable your Tekmetric integration within 24 business hours.
