Onboarding Packages – Legal Description

Basic Onboarding

Basic Onboarding includes one (1) orientation session and up to three (3) training sessions (45 minutes/session) for assistance with your Basic subscription. Basic Onboarding is delivered remotely by Vendasta’s Success On-Demand team.

Delivery Period: 60 days from purchase

 

Professional Onboarding

Professional Onboarding includes one (1) orientation session and up to sixteen (16) hours of onboarding assistance to assist with the setup and/or implementation of your Professional subscription. This time will consist of phone conversations, email based support, and any other activities related to the setup and/or implementation of your subscription. Professional Onboarding is delivered remotely by Vendasta’s Success On-Demand and Partner Development teams.

Delivery Period: 90 days from purchase

 

Enterprise Onboarding

Enterprise Onboarding includes one (1) orientation session and up to twenty-four (24) hours of onboarding assistance to assist with the setup and/or implementation of your Professional subscription. This time will consist of phone conversations, email based support, and any other activities related to the setup and/or implementation of your subscription. Enterprise Onboarding is delivered remotely by Vendasta’s Success On-Demand and Partner Development teams.

Delivery Period: 90 days from purchase

Onsite Onboarding Add-On

Onsite Onboarding Add-on will cover training on, but not limited to platform, product and packages, Marketing Automation, operations, and fulfillment workflow, role play, live practice, and in field sales calls. The add-on fee does not include travel and expenses, is due upfront and to be paid in full before travel will be booked. This fee is non-refundable.
