Vendasta announces launch of IPO roadshow
Vendasta Technologies Inc. (“Vendasta” or the “company”) today announced it has launched the roadshow for the initial public offering (“IPO”) of its common shares. In connection with the launch of its roadshow, Vendasta has filed an amended and restated preliminary base PREP prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada and has obtained a receipt for its prospectus.
Andrew Down named to Vendasta sales leadership for MSPs/VARs
Down is a 13-year veteran in the technology sector. Most recently he worked as partner and vice-president of sales for award-winning Anchor Managed Solutions Ltd., where he oversaw business growth and expansion. His local community work includes volunteering for the Fund Committee for READ Saskatoon and other non-profits in Saskatchewan.
