He became a customer of mine and I\u2019m still a customer of his. And by utilizing a lot of that technology, all these platforms, whether it\u2019s Google or social media, they\u2019ve gotten very good at figuring out who people are, better than people know themselves. So we\u2019ve leveraged a lot of that ability to figure out who the customer is.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd then when it comes to the customers themselves, it\u2019s about <a href=\"\/blog\/why-how-educate-agency-clients-jenni-white\/\">educating them<\/a>. People have very unreal expectations at times. Not their wants or goals, but their expectations.
