The Head of Growth Marketing is responsible for overseeing customer acquisition and upsell funnels, from lead generation to nurtured opportunities to closed deals.

This role involves working within Vendasta’s agency division to fine-tune our predictable revenue engine and execute effective tactics in order to power our segmented sales team and achieve product-led growth. Our competitors are industry heavyweights, and we need someone with a proven track record of developing campaigns, optimizing conversion rates, and managing advertising


  • Managing a significant portion of Vendasta’s lead generation budget and allocating spend to appropriate growth marketing initiatives.
  • Continually assessing campaign and program performance, determining why programs succeed or fail, and identifying new optimization tests and growth opportunities.
  • Ensuring the correct setup and tracking of funnels and experiments, including but not limited to tracking pixels, tag management systems, etc.
  • Designing and managing high-performing PPC campaigns across search, social, and display to improve account performance.
  • Working cross-functionally with sales, product development, and partner success to maintain alignment and achieve the division’s objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Ensuring that projects stay on budget and campaigns are producing acceptable marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Leveraging omnichannel tactics to amplify the reach of our content.
  • Researching, planning, and executing effective growth marketing strategies through search and social to improve performance.
  • Conducting and managing the strategic and technical elements of split tests to optimize conversions and CPA.
  • Identifying digital advertising opportunities and third-party tools to adopt with the goal of increasing qualified leads.
  • Working with the corporate marketing and content teams to manage performance of campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Strong preference for candidates who have worked with digital agencies.
