If your client feels confident, then they can complete the call any time they\u2019re at the business location, as this method shouldn\u2019t be completed on behalf of a client.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"vrecording\">Video recording<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Much like the video call and the phone call, you\u2019ll need to arrange a time to do this with your client.\u00a0 To see if you have this option, login and select \u201cVerify.\u201d From there, you can choose video recording as the method.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, it\u2019s not as simple as walking up to a business, filming the exterior, and then uploading the video for verification. Here are some things you need to know and prepare for if you choose to verify via a video recording:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Someone needs access to the business property and show that you have ownership of the business.<\/li>\n<li>You or your client will need to be able to access the business location.<\/li>\n<li>Google\u2019s team wants to see certain things in the video recording.
