Last week’s webinar was about efficiently managing after sales support for our Full Service Concierge partners. When a partner signs up for this white label service, we provide custom reputation, presence, and social media management to their small business clients under that partner’s brand.
Full Service Concierge allows the partner to focus on selling Concierge to their SMB clients without creating a separate team at their end to deliver the service.
However, as I’ve mentioned a few times before, managing social media presence for a third party doesn’t work unless you’re able to authentically represent them online. To be able to do this, we work closely with our partner’s SMB clients — using our partner’s brand, of course — so that we’re able to provide them the best service possible.
The webinar covered important information about the different features of this service and a detailed questionnaire the partner should get a client to fill out so we have a better understanding of that client’s personality.
