With these changes, your salespeople will be able to track their accounts easier and with more accuracy. Salespeople can now view the status of each account on the main Manage Accounts screen. This new status column displays the sales records your salespeople have entered in the Account Details and Sales Records screen.
We’ve also added a new Follow Up Needed status that can be entered in the sales record.
