Average Total Daily Active Users (DAU) were 728 million, out of which 507 million were on mobile i.e. mobile DAUs amount to around 70% of its total DAUs.
Average Monthly Active User (MAU) were 1.19 billion, out of which 874 million were on mobile i.e. 73% of all monthly active users were on mobile.
Overall MAUs have grown 18% over the past year whereas mobile MAUs have grown 45% during the same time.
Facebook earned $1.8 billion from advertising in Q3, and mobile had around 49% share in it. In terms of total revenue, mobile contributed nearly 44% to its $2.02 billion in earnings.
At this time last year, mobile contributed only 14% to overall ad revenues.
